The Rock

Welcome to The Rock!

We look forward to your visit! We hope that at The Rock you will find a place where you and your family can experience God in a new and fresh way. Our desire is to have an authentic community where we can experience genuine relationships as well as the grace and love of God.

What To Expect

Our services begin with a time of passionate worship, followed by a presentation of the Word of God. Then, we have a time of fellowship accompanied by great food so we have an opportunity to get to know each other.

Who We Are

Our pastors and members come from many walks of life: students, business owners, children, young adults, the elderly and the middle-aged. We are also made up of a diversity of nationalities, but we are united in Jesus Christ. We are His body.

What We Believe

we have unity

In essential beliefs – we have unity.
“There is one Body and one Spirit…there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all...”
Ephesians 4:4-6

we have liberty

In non-essential beliefs – we have liberty.
“Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters… Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls… So then each of us will give an account of himself to God… So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God.”
Romans 14:1, 4, 12, 22

we show love

In all our beliefs – we show love.
“I may have the gift of inspired preaching; I may have all knowledge and understand all secrets; I may have all the faith needed to move mountains — but if I have no love, I am nothing.”
1 Corinthians 13:2

Our pastors, staff and leaders are highly committed to knowing God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to equipping believers through discipleship.

Tithes and Offerings

The word "tithe" literally means ten or 10%. Tithing, or giving ten percent of our income, is not merely giving something to God. It is giving back what was His to begin with. Everything we have, or hope to have, comes from Him. The Bible says tithing is a reminder that God is the provider of everything. It teaches us to always put God first in our lives.
